Referrals

You DO NOT need a referral from your doctor before coming to our office. You may receive Chiropractic and Rehabilitation care without your physician’s referral.

Payment

For the part of your treatment your insurance does not cover, or for any of our products and supplies, we accept payment via cash and credit card. All major credit cards are accepted. Payment is expected at the time of service.
